How far in advance should I book?
For flagship events (400+ guests), we recommend 90–120 days in advance. Mid-scale events (100–400 guests) need 45–60 days. We do handle 48-hour emergency events for select clients — call us directly for that.
Do you handle venue sourcing?
Yes — venue sourcing and negotiation is included in all packages. We have preferred rates with 80+ venues across Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, and international destinations, which means savings you pass on as the client.
Can you manage hybrid / virtual events?
Absolutely. We run hybrid productions with multi-city simulcast, interactive Q&A platforms, virtual networking lounges, and professional live stream management. Arjun Nair's team has run hybrid events for audiences across 14 countries simultaneously.
What's included in your quote?
We quote a single all-inclusive number covering project management, vendor coordination, creative fees, and on-site execution. Venue rental, F&B, and AV hardware are quoted separately at actual cost — we never mark up third-party costs.
Do you have insurance and vendor contracts?
Yes — we carry comprehensive public liability insurance for all events. All vendors operate under Pinnacle's standard contracts with SLA clauses. We also offer event cancellation insurance facilitation for events above ₹25 lakhs.
Can you execute events outside Mumbai?
Yes. We regularly execute events in Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Goa, Jaipur, and internationally in Dubai, Singapore, Bali, Maldives, and European cities. Our destination management network covers 35+ locations worldwide.
