For weddings, we recommend booking at least 6–12 months in advance as our key dates fill up quickly. For portrait sessions, corporate events, and fashion shoots, 2–4 weeks is usually sufficient. We occasionally have last-minute availability — contact us and we'll check. A 30% deposit secures your date.

Absolutely — we cover destination weddings and shoots across India. Travel costs (flight, accommodation) are charged at actuals for shoots beyond a 30 km radius of Bandra. Our Prestige package includes pan-India travel. International shoots can be arranged on request.

You'll receive a private, password-protected online gallery within 7 business days of the session. Wedding packages come with a preview of 30–40 images within 48 hours of the event. All photos are delivered in high-resolution JPEG format, suitable for large prints. USB delivery is included in the Prestige package.

Yes! We actively encourage clients to share inspiration boards, Pinterest links, and specific shot requests before the session. We schedule a pre-shoot consultation (included in Signature and Prestige) to go through your preferences. For weddings, we provide a detailed timeline and shot list template to fill in together.

Yes — 4K cinematic videography is available as an add-on to any package or included in the Signature (10-min highlight reel) and Prestige (full 30-min wedding film) packages. We have two experienced videographers in the team. Drone shots can also be arranged subject to location permits.

Life happens. We offer free rescheduling once per booking, provided we receive 14+ days notice. Cancellations with 30+ days notice receive a full deposit refund minus ₹2,000 admin fee. Within 14 days, the deposit is forfeit but credited toward a future booking within 12 months. Force majeure events (flood, medical emergencies) are handled on a case-by-case basis with full credit.
