We work with 30+ local farms in Pune, Nashik, and Satara for our produce. Our chefs travel every quarter to source rare spices directly from their origin — Kashmiri saffron, Kerala black pepper, Coorg cardamom.
The menu changes with the season. Not because it's fashionable, but because the best ingredients demand it. We print new menus every three months — guests who return find something always new, always intentional.
